We are proud to announce Tess Noonan Egan and Dr Peter Hill as the inaugural RAGE (Recycled Art Group Euroa) Ambassadors for the Recycled Art Exhibition in Euroa, Easter 2026.
Tess Noonan Egan is a highly respected artist and community leader based in Euroa, Victoria. Her creative practice centres upon reinvention and sustainability.
Passionate about true inclusivity in her own and wider communities, Tess has initiated, supported and contributed to innovative All Abilities and intercultural programs, conferences and workshops. In her presentations, audiences often find her mix of humour and factual information a refreshing and engaging experience.
As a long time advocate for cross disciplinary collaboration between artists using all forms of art practice, environmental sustainability, human & nature health, sees her working with small and large institutions in these fields. From boardrooms to podiums Tess finds that challenging assumptions about human ability and human value inspires her to continue sharing her thoughts & ideas.
With a strong record in both artistic and environmental activism, Tess is a natural choice as a RAGE, Recycled Art (Ambassador). Her dedication to creative sustainability and grassroots involvement will be invaluable in inspiring others through the RAGE initiative.

Dr Peter Hill is a Glasgow-born Australian. He is an artist, writer, and independent curator. He won the Latimer Painting Prize at the Royal Scottish Academy, and his book “Stargazing: Memoirs of a Young Lighthouse Keeper” won the Saltire Award at the National Library of Scotland. It was read on the BBC as a Book of the Week by actor David Tennant. He has judged many art prizes in Australia and overseas, and written about art for most Australian art magazines and newspapers.
Peter is an accomplished curator, educator, and arts leader with a deep commitment to community engagement through the arts. Based in Euroa, he brings a wealth of experience as Artistic Director, having worked across major institutions, regional galleries, and innovative public art programs. Known for his dynamic vision and inclusive approach, Peter champions creativity that is both locally grounded and globally aware. As a passionate advocate for sustainability and cultural dialogue, he has inspired countless artists and audiences through his curatorial projects and teaching.
We are proud to announce Dr Peter Hill as the inaugural RAGE (Recycled Art Group Euroa) Ambassador for the Recycled Art Exhibition in Euroa, Easter 2026. His leadership will elevate the exhibition’s mission to transform discarded materials into thought-provoking art, while sparking conversations about consumption, creativity, and care for the environment. Dr Hill’s involvement ensures a compelling and vibrant event that celebrates both artistic innovation and community spirit.
