Important Information

1. Artwork Requirements: Minimum 95% recycled material.

2. ‘Functional Upcycling’ meaning: Artwork that is also functional.

3. The Artist takes all responsibility for the transport of the artwork to and from the location.

4. Photos: Please email a minimum of 2 photos per entry of completed works by the end of February 2027.

5. Exhibit Ready: All work must be ready to exhibit and labelled on the back or bottom with the artist’s name and title of the work.

6. Sales: 15% commission on all sold artwork.

7. The Exhibition catalogue booklet will list all artwork information in the venue that artwork is being displayed. And available at each venue during the Exhibition.

8. Artwork Removal: Sold artwork can only be removed at the end of the exhibition (Wednesday 31^stMarch) unless other arrangements are made.

9. There will be a Prize awarded to each category.

Delivery and Pickup:

Delivery Dates: Saturday 13^th March and Sunday 14^th March 10 am to 4 pm. (Emails will be sent prior with delivery location)

Pick-Up Dates: Wednesday 31^st March or Saturday 3^rd April. 10 am to 4 pm.
