1. Artwork requirements: All submitted artworks must be created using a minimum of 95% recycled materials.

 

2. Photographs: Artists must email at least two high-quality photographs of each completed entry by 15th March 2026
 

3. Exhibit- ready presentation: All works must be ready for display and clearly labeled on the back or bottom with the artist’s name and the title of the piece. Preselection Panel reserves the right to accept or reject submitted works.

4. QR Codes: Each artist will be provided with a unique QR code to be displayed alongside their work. This will allow the public to access the artist’s contact details and further information.
 

5. Artwork Sales: RAGE will not take a commission or handle any sales. All sales must be arranged directly by the artist via the provided QR code.
 

6. Artwork Removal: Sold artworks must remain on display until the end of the exhibition.
 

7. RAGE Exhibition Booklet: An exhibition booklet will be produced, featuring a venue location map, details of all submitted works, including their titles, venue placements, and artist information. Copies will be available free of charge at the entrance of each venue.
 

8. Equipment availability: 2x hand trolleys, 2x 1 metre a frame ladder, 1x 3.5 metre a frame ladder, 1x 5 metre extension ladder, 1x 2.2 tonne fork lift, 1 x scissor lift.
 

9. Maintenance of works: Artists are responsible to maintain their works in good order and condition for the duration of the Exhibition.
